It was announced today that a new Joseph Lamm single “Everybody’s Like A River (electric version)” will be released 21 March, 2025 via Jefferson House Communique.
Using AI technology, engineer David Price was able to separate a stereo mix from 1992 of an uptempo early version of the song. A slower, laid-back version eventually appeared on the 2009 album HOT AS SUN.
Lamm is joined by Dane Clark, who has been John Mellencamp’s drummer since 1996 and has, as a singer-songwriter, released multiple solo albums, the most recent being this year’s GURUS, HITMEN & HEAVEN. Also featured on the powerhouse track are bassist Randy Melson and virtuoso guitarist Sandy Williams.
The song will coincide with a music video, and it is a prelude to the seventh Joseph Lamm studio album that is scheduled for late fall 2025.
