Joseph Lamm's most recent album, Hot As Sun, Vol. 1, has received multiple Platinum Auddy awards from MTV partner uplaya.com, an organization that recognizes the work of independent artists.
The songs selected were "Canyonlands With A Beauty" and "You (I Want)".
"I'm thrilled with the response given the songs" says the American singer/songwriter, "and it's a great inspiration as I go forward with new projects."
Uplaya is gaining influence within music, and Gold Auddy recepient Ben Novak recently had his "Turn Your Car Around" single debut at No. 12 on the UK Top 40 chart.
